KiwiQuote is a quoting and invoicing tool built for New Zealand tradespeople. It lets you create, send, and track quotes and invoices as PDFs.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us straight away.
Your quotes, invoices, and customer details belong to you. We don't sell your data or use it for anything other than running the service. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
KiwiQuote is built for legitimate business use by NZ tradespeople. Please don't use it for anything unlawful or to send unsolicited messages to your customers.
We aim to keep KiwiQuote running reliably, but like any online service, there may occasionally be downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We'll do our best to keep disruptions minimal and let you know in advance where we can.
KiwiQuote is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by NZ law, we're not liable for any loss of business, data, or revenue arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email before they take effect. Carrying on using KiwiQuote after that means you're happy with the updated terms.
