KiwiQuote is free to start — 3 quotes and invoices at no cost, no card required. After that, Pro is $15 NZD per month billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from settings. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Your quotes, invoices, and client data belong to you. We store it securely and never sell it to third parties. If you close your account you can export your data first — just email us.
KiwiQuote is for legitimate business use. Don't use it to send fraudulent documents or misrepresent your business. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
KiwiQuote is provided as-is. We're not liable for business losses resulting from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 3 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email if anything significant changes.
